Dear Colonnade HOA neighbors,
The Annual Colonnade HOA Member meeting is scheduled for Thursday July 9th, 2026 @ 6:00pm.
This meeting is held virtually via Zoom and is open to all residents and is an opportunity to learn more about
what is going on in your community and interact with the HOA Board and Management directly.
During the Annual Meeting, Members elect volunteer representatives from the community for seats on the Board of Directors.
Members received a nomination form in the mail the first week of June for the 2 Board seats up for election this year.
Please keep an eye on your mail for your proxy form and ballot and follow the instructions to return your proxys and ballots
prior to the Annual meeting, in order for your vote to be counted and to obtain quorum.
