Colonnade’s common areas are maintained by Blake Landscapes.
The Board of Directors employs the services of a landscape company to develop a plan to properly manage and enhance the landscape of our common areas. Proper maintenance of the common areas of our community increases property values and improves the quality of life within the community. Services include tree management, mowing, edging, mulching, spring and fall plantings, pruning, and more.
If you see areas within the community that need improvement, such as dead trees, low hanging branches, or erosion problems, please contact us.
Residents are required to keep their property well-maintained by keeping grass mowed, trimming low branches near walkways, keeping shrubbery and plantings well-maintained, and clearing trash from your property.
