Colonnade at Dulles Town Center Homeowners Association is managed by Property Management People, Inc.

Our Property Manager is Dasha Collins. Dasha oversees the daily operations of our HOA, prepares the bi-monthly Board meeting agendas, provides financial reports, monitors delinquencies, communicates and advises the board and communicates with residents, obtains bids/proposals, coordinates vendors, performs regular site inspections, prepares the annual budget and more.
