Such a large accumulation of snow has certainly presented a challenge to meet residents’ needs and expectations from response time to results. We appreciate your patience as our contractor has worked to clear paths through the neighborhood. We also recognize and appreciate those residents who helped fellow neighbors shovel steps, walkways, and cars. We ask that you continue to help each other as you are willing and able while our contractor makes additional rounds to clean up paths and treat trouble spots.
A few residents have requested work which would require Bobcats to remove or push back remaining snowbanks. Though it is understood the snow is an inconvenience, at this time, we are not planning to implement such measures as we have to consider the negative financial impact this may have on the community budget. This would cost upwards of an additional $30,000.
Please communicate to PMP if you are unable to get out or unable to seek assistance from fellow neighbors. We want to ensure we are keeping lines of communication open and not overlooking any safety concerns as we look forward to warmer days ahead this coming weekend.
