FRIDAY May 31 – Lerner Properties just informed me that the repairs at the Colonnade pool are still ongoing and that the pool will not be open until later next week. Please note that Colonnade Residents are permitted to use the pool at Lerner Remington Apartments. As an accommodation, until the Colonnade pool opens this season, Colonnade residents may also utilize Lerner Parc Dulles pool – they can use the same wrist band that they use to access Remington.
Wrist band pool passes are available for pick-up in the Remington Club House office. As a reminder, residents will need to provide proof of address and proof of identity for each household member who is requesting access.
