Amenities and Colonnade Pool Update June 2, 2020
Dear Colonnade Residents,
As you know, all fitness centers, parks and pools are closed for the foreseeable future due to current regulations. Lerner is following all state and county guidelines across their portfolio – both commercial and residential properties. All operations will resume in due time, but for now, these amenities remain closed at Remington. Since the Colonnade Pool is management by Lerner, it will re-open at the same time as the Remington Apartment amenities start to open. Thank you for your cooperation and patience during these difficult times.
