The board has decided to hold the annual meeting on October 8th at 6pm at the Tot Lot/Gazebo common area inside the community, weather permitting. As previously stated, the purpose of this meeting shall be to elect two (2) persons to the Board of Directors and to take such actions as may be necessary to officially conduct the business of the Colonnade Homeowners Association, including approving the IRS Revenue Ruling 70-604.
Social distancing will be practiced and we encourage everyone to wear face coverings.
