Dear Colonnade residents,
Lerner is scheduled to begin the first phase of construction of Parc Dulles Townes, a Lerner townhome rental community adjacent to Colonnade, in the coming weeks.
According to our contact at Lerner:
- There is no planned construction on or near Eden Drive and they do not anticipate any impact there.
- There is some work planned on Stefanie Drive including traffic signal modifications and a turning lane into the new development late in 2026.
- The construction is expected to continue through summer 2027.
We will keep you advised if we receive further details on the construction.
