Dear Colonnade HOA Residents,

The Colonnade Board of Directors recently engaged and contracted with a drainage and erosion specialty firm to address ongoing drainage, access, and erosion concerns in the common areas between certain rows of homes with inadequate drainage and grading.

Beginning on or around October 12th – October 23rd , Drainage & Erosion Solutions crews will begin work to improve drainage, access, and control erosion in the common area behind homes located on Debhill, Edwards, and Alberta. Crews will be correcting grading and installing collection and drainage elements like French drains, boxes, swales, and stone channels around existing utilities.

Some areas of the common area near the tot lot may be temporarily affected as crews connect new drainage lines to the existing infrastructure. Due to the location, type, and scope of the work, residents are asked to avoid active work areas while crews are present and to use caution around these areas overnight, when holes and equipment may remain in place.

Residents whose homes are adjacent to the work area should also make alternate arrangements for moving trash cans or other items, as necessary, while crews are working behind their homes. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as this work is completed.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we continue to improve and maintain the community for all.
