As a friendly reminder, Spring has sprung and lawns and landscaping maintenance is required and will be enforced during weekly inspections, including mowing lawns and tending mulch beds & landscaping elements.
The landscaping contractor has recently completed turf restoration in some common areas. Please refrain from walking on these areas and/or placing trash bins and bags on common area grass.
