Colonnade HOA Annual Compliance Reviews Coming Soon
Beginning on or around April 1st and throughout the the next few months, PMP will conduct routine annual design and maintenance covenants compliance reviews throughout the Colonnade HOA community. The purpose of these reviews is to protect the property values and enjoyment of all homeowners in the community by ensuring adherence to the design and maintenance standards set forth in the Colonnade HOA governing documents. You may notice PMP employees near your property, in the common area behind your home, or photographing your home.
If you have exterior improvements that you have not applied for through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), please complete the Architectural Application located on the community website Colonnade at Dulles Town Center HOA – Sterling, Virginia and submit it as soon as possible. If you have routine maintenance items that you are aware of, please complete them prior to the review. Please see the attachment for additional information.
Common design and maintenance violations include, but are not limited to:
- Chipped peeling or faded paint or wood rot on trim, windows, screens, doors, siding stains, deck maintenance, missing shingles, or improper / incomplete repairs and incorrect colors.
- Unapproved exterior modifications such as paint colors, roof colors, decks, patios, lawn accessories, plants or garden installations, solar panels, and satellite dishes
- Failing fences, gates, or latching mechanisms
- Improper use or storage of vehicles, bicycles, toys, trampolines, basketball hoops, trash receptables, front lawn furniture, construction material, or other debris
- Lawn and landscaping maintenance and driveway and walkway maintenance
If you receive a violation notice you will have 30 days to correct the issue or file an appeal within 10 days of notification if you believe the violation was in error.
