Dear Residents,
-Please be reminded that fruit and vegetable gardens in the front and rear yards of Colonnade HOA townhomes are not permitted as stated in the ARC Guidelines. If fruit and vegetable gardens
are noted during inspections, a violation will be sent to the homeowner to have it removed immediately.
-Please do not to store trash bags on decks or on front porches or common areas and do not dump furniture or tires or household items for trash collection or in the common areas.
These items are the homeowner’s responsibility to dispose of properly.
-Please secure trash and recycling in the appropriate bins on the collection days only. Do not place bins on common area grass.
-Do not put out food for wild animals, it is illegal.
These rules help to prevent altering wildlife habits and limit nuisance animal and pest infestations in the community.
