Exterior Damage to Homes

Dear Residents,

With Friday’s wind storm, we understand that there was some exterior damage to many homes (roof shingles and siding in particular). Please remember that you will need to submit ARC Applications and have the work approved by the board before proceeding with any repairs/replacements. Please be sure to read the ARC Guidelines to make sure you are replacing the exterior with the pre-approved colors/styles.
