Community Clean-Up Day -

We had a successful Community Clean-Up Day on Saturday, April 9th.  The weather was cool and sunny, which made for excellent outdoor activities.  We picked up tons of trash and debris all over the Colonnade community.  Board members David Gosney and his wife Eva, Gwen Burnett, Karen Plante and Ken Brown participated.  We had additional help this year from long-time homeowner Mimi Zemere, as well as from new homeowner Brant Oliver and his sons.

We would like to take this time to remind residents to dispose of your trash, especially recycling, properly and responsibly.  There is a protected waterway below the common area woods and recycling is blowing into it.  This harms fish and wildlife.   Further, please do not throw landscaping and other plant materials behind your fences, into the alleys between homes, or in the wooded common areas.   Let’s all do our part to keep our Colonnade community beautiful for years to come.
